Amy Schneider, BSN, RN, CPHON, is the Case Manager for Cancer Survivorship at The Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. In addition she is the founder and facilitator of SOMBFAB, a support group for adolescents and young adults who are affected by pediatric cancer.
