Shizue Seigel is a Japanese American writer and community activist living in San Francisco. Her six books include Civil Liberties United, Endangered Species, Enduring Values, and In Good Conscience: Supporting Japanese Americans during the Internment. She is founder/director of Write Now! SF Bay, serving Bay Area writers and artists of color.
