Laura Golden is a traveler, sailor, yoga teacher and writer. Originally from New York, she has lived in Wilmington, NC, for the past ten years. She recently completed a series of short stories inspired by her travels throughout Central America in 2016, one of which was shortlisted for the Doris Betts Fiction Prize. She has published several yoga articles and translation excerpts.
